Hi, my name is Alex and I am 23 years old. Having just graduated with a BA(Hons) in Popular Music and Recording I am really excited to further delve into teaching music. I am an outgoing person and have a strong ability to connect with both younger and older audiences. I am happy to travel to you, or if you would prefer I can teach you from my home in Knutsford.
I have been studying and performing music since a young age, and have been passionate about it ever since. I started out by playing the piano and by the age of 13 I began learning the Electric Guitar. Since then I have had many experiences performing both instruments in live and studio settings.
Personally, as a musician I am very involved in the Metal community, with me currently performing in a Progressive Metal band called Chiasmata. Nonetheless, through education and externally, I have played in a variety of styles and accompanied vocalists in styles such as Jazz and Blues.
I have taught a range of students of various ages and abilities for over 2 years.
As your tutor, I will structure the lessons around you and your goals, whether that means passing your upcoming exams/tests, developing certain areas, e.g. composition, learning about specific music genres or studying music theory. I am a very dedicated musician and take my musical development seriously, with that in mind I would strive to ensure that as my student, you are able to achieve your full potential.

Thank you for your visit and conversation with us.
It seemed that you could teach us well on electronic guitar but we made a decision to go ahead with lessons on classical one.
I’d like to wish you all the best in your music career.
That's totally fine, I wish you and your son all the best with your music progression, I'm sure you'll find much joy in learning the classical guitar!
