Personal Description:

I am a top level Natural Sciences Masters graduate from Cambridge University. Each year I achieved a 1st class and last year came 2nd in my chosen discipline, Physics. I have been a tutor for over two years and my approach is based on encouraging the student to be pro-active and help them learn for themselves. I have worked with a range of students, from those who struggle to even pass to those who need to be stretched further. I have only received very positive feedback from these sessions.

I can offer Oxbridge interview preparation sessions.

Music is also a huge passion of mine and I have recently started offering tuition on the Double Bass.

I thoroughly enjoy tutoring and am keen to help you out whatever your requirements are!

Tutoring Experience:

I have taught people from my own age to classes of primary school children. I try to adapt my tutoring style to every individual each person learns and sees things in different ways. I am good humoured and think a sense of fun while learning is one of the most important attributes. I have worked with over 20 students so feel confident I can help in all situations.

Tutoring Approach:

I try to adapt my tutoring style to every individual; each person learns and sees things in different ways. I especially focus on making the student as independent as possible, by getting them to think through problems fully and looking up details in books. Drawing diagrams is also something I try to get all students to do; this helps so much with a range of questions.
