Hello! As a fourth year medical student I'm more than familiar with exams and I have been through a rigorous aptitude testing for entry to medical school.
I achieved AAAA in A-level Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology and Physics.
At GCSE level I was awarded A*A*A*A*A*AAAAA in Double Aware Science, Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, History, French, Technology and Design, Religion, English Language, and English Literature.
Over the last number of years I have tutored a variety of age groups in maths and science subjects. From children at primary school level who are sitting the transfer/ eleven plus test, to adults returning to education and sitting university entrance exams.
I currently tutor secondary school teenagers who need help studying the sciences and mathematics for securing their place at university and ultimately their future!
In the last year, students I have worked with have bumped their grades by two boundaries e.g. EE to CC, and achieved high passes at GCSE and A-level.
In a relaxed environment, I think it is important to revise key concepts on a particular subject and then apply the knowledge to past paper questions to test yourself. Repetition of this is essential to success, in addition to practising exam technique.
As a tutor I am here to coach you through what you need to excel academically at all levels!
