He's as enthusiastic about teaching as he is knowledgeable and always tailors lessons to what I want to learn. He's always patient and really helps you understand both how to make things sound good on guitar, and why they sound good too. He's also flexible with lesson times too which is especially helpful for me. I really recommend Trevelyan, and even more so if you're into heavier types of music!

Trevelyan is a lovely guy, very relaxed and open, and clearly loves what he does. Very attentive to the student, and knows his music. Particularly good if you're self-taught up to an intermediate level, or just had a rock/blues teacher who doesn't really know who Petrucci is (or does know, but doesn't really care) - Trevelyan can help take you to the next level. Had to cut lessons short due to personal circumstances but plan on contacting him in future to recommence the lessons. Thanks Trevelyan!

Trevelyan is a wonderful tutor. He is an expert musician and his patient and joyful teaching approach really works with my 7 year old son.
