Information About Yvonne - Shoreham-by-sea teacher

Personal Description:

I am a professional opera singer who still has an active performing career but combines it with a teaching practice. I perform in fully-staged opera, concerts whose programmes include Gilbert & Sullivan, old and new musicals, sacred and secular works with and without choral societies. I am also an adjudicator for the British Music Festival Federation.

Tutoring Experience:

I teach both privately and in a prep school and therefore teach all ages and all styles from opera to pop.

Tutoring Approach:

It is all about enjoyment. I approach teaching from a classical background but this gives the basis of technique in breathing and voice production which is required for any styles of singing.
