Personal Description:
I am a professional trumpeter based in Wandsworth Common with a fun and positive approach to teaching.
Tutoring Experience:
I have been a private and peripatetic brass teacher and music tutor for many years in schools across London. In addition to this, I have also been involved in extensive education and outreach work. Organisations include: London Symphony Orchestra and London Philharmonic Orchestra discovery educational projects, the Purcell School 'Impulse' group, Mencap, and Resources for Autism. I have experience of teaching the Kodaly method and am currently training as a Music Therapist.
Tutoring Approach:
I am passionate about both teaching and playing, and I aim to enthuse and encourage my students, ensuring a creative and student-led approach.
