Information About Tomas - Cardiff teacher
This is how 2 referees rated Tomas:
I started playing piano at the age of 4 and have gone on to have successes as performer and teacher.
I performed in major concert halls in the UK and abroad as a recitalist, guest soloist, chamber musician and orchestral pianist.
In addition to my performing career, I am a passionate teacher.
I currently teach some private students, but as I am new to Cardiff, I am looking to build my teaching studio. I am comfortable teaching beginners through advanced, and have taught students as young as 5 years old through adult.
Some of my students have won prizes in UK music competitions, and I have successfully taken pupils through all stages of the ABRSM curriculum (including diploma levels).
Private Piano Teacher since 2004
King’s College London (2011 – present)
University of Ostrava International Piano Masterclass (2011)

I believe that each student needs an individual approach, and I like to plan my lessons accordingly.
In general, I aim to be a nurturing mentor who helps students achieve a level of technical proficiency so that they are able to express themselves when they play.
