Personal Description:
I'm a graduate from Trinity Laban with a BMus Hons in Violin. I originally come from Lewes and started learning the violin at the age of 6. It has been a lifelong passion of mine and I would love to introduce music and the joy of playing an instrument to any pupils (of all ages) who would like to try!
Tutoring Experience:
I have been a Private Violin tutor for the last 3 years and I'm a Peripatetic Violin Teacher at Sydney Russell SchoolI (comm. September 2020). I have lead in workshops in schools in South East London as well as supervising group string classes in East Sussex. I have shadowed violin teachers since being at Trinity and have learned a great deal from them!
Tutoring Approach:
Fully capable of teaching ABRSM and Trinity Grades on Violin as well as taking a more casual approach should that be of interest. Versed in all genres of music with Mandolin and Guitar.
