Personal Description:

Stelios is a musician born in 1999 in Paphos, Cyprus and currently living and studying in London. At the age of fourteen, after completing the grade 8 of Piano, he started school in Music School of Paphos where he was taught a variety of subjects such as Piano, Saxophone, Music Theory and Analysis, Music Production and Technology, Traditional Music, Composing, History of Music, Church Music, Jazz Ensemble, and Big Band.

Stelios has also performed with many well-known Greek Artists such as Vasilis Lekkas, Demetris Bassis, Giannis Charoulis and Dionisios Savvopoulos. Furthermore he performed in the European Capital of Culture Opening Ceremony in Aarhus, Denmark and has attended in many masterclasses on Piano worldwide.

At the age of 18 despite being accepted at Royal Holloway University of London, Stelios had to serve fourteenth months in the Cyprus Army in the Music Department of the National Guard, where he served as a leading Tenor Saxophonist. He is currently in second year of his Bachelor of Music degree at Royal Holloway, while in the future, his plans are to study Piano Performance and Production.

Tutoring Approach:

Personalised approach to every student is what Stelios has as his main focus as piano has to be made easy, fun and interesting for the student. Stelios also focuses on discovering what the genre and style is for each student most interested and more likely to perform with expression and feeling, as it is the most important quality of a musician. The lessons have the intention of achieving a musical growth, as theory and analysis, history of music, and composing techniques will be discussed.
