Personal Description:
Very enthusiastic, experienced and versatile drummer and drum teacher with a lot of experience in live performing, session work and studio work. Fully CRB checked and a member of the Musicians Union.
Tutoring Experience:
I have been teaching for a few years now, I was a teacher at the Sussex academy of music for some time - where I used to prepare students for grade exams and public performances - and have now built a space where I can do it in the comfort of my own house - where I live with Wife and daughters - or I can also travel to students houses or do it online.
Tutoring Approach:
Versatility, dynamics, texture, technique and having fun with it are my main goals. Lessons are shaped around the students aspirations, musical taste and level but it will always be professional and fun.
