Personal Description:
Hello, my name is Becca. I graduated from the Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM) in Manchester with a Diploma of Higher Education. During my time at the RNCM I specialised in trumpet performance in classical, jazz, pop and contemporary styles.
Tutoring Experience:
My teaching experience started in London, with Wandsworth Music. Whilst there I worked as a brass instrumental tutor delivering 1-2-1, small group and whole class lessons.
I am now based in Manchester, where I tutor both children and adults on a 1-2-1 basis. I have also worked in schools supporting SEND and SEMH pupils 1-2-1 and in small groups.
Tutoring Approach:
My teaching approach focuses on each pupil as an individual. I will work with pupils to establish what personal goals you have and support you to achieve them.
I also believe that learning should be fun. This is something I will always try to incorporate into lessons to create a positive learning enviroment. I strongly believe that pupils who enjoy what they are doing will progress quicker and be more self motivated to learn and improve.

Sadly, due to her work commitments she could not continue tutoring me.
