Personal Description:

I’m a professional Russian musician who is currently studying at the Royal College of Music on a full scholarship and works as a tutor for Russian and music in schools and also privately.

I currently have over 15 private students, whom I have taught for a few years now (Russian and music), I teach at at multiple schools in both Russian and English and have taught at the Northwood music academy (music theory, violin and piano). I am a professional musician who has started playing both violin and piano at the age of 3 and gone to specialist music schools since. I have multiple awards and have won plenty of competitions.

Tutoring Approach:

I like to provide my students with a strong structure in vocabulary and grammar, as well as pronunciation, due to the fact that Russian is one of hardest languages to learn. As a Russian native my grasp with the language is excellent which I endeavour to pass on to my students as best as I can.
When it comes to music it is vital to figure out the right repertoire for the student to keep them excited and teach them the correct technique at the same time. I am a highly experienced teacher across all levels of proficiency and I am well equipped to teach any level.
