Personal Description:
I'm a guitarist and music composer from West Wales. I have performed and recorded internationally, taking to such stages as Glastonbury Festival, Greenman Festival, BBC Maida Vale for Radio 1.
Tutoring Experience:
I have been teaching guitar and music for 12 years, privately, in schools and at University. I specialise in contemporary classical and celtic fingerstyle, although am happy to teach in any style.
Tutoring Approach:
My teaching style is relaxed and open. Each lesson follows an individually tailored plan that we've prepared for working towards the student's goals. These are reviewed every three months to keep things moving in the right direction. I have taught at schools with a special focus on preparing students for exams. My current knowledge of curriculum and exam boards is excellent. I also offer grades up to grade 8 and diploma.
