Personal Description:

I am a professional music producer and songwriter signed to Sony Music and I have a publishing deal with Universal Music. In my spare time I like to offer music production and music technology lessons. I have also worked as a game audio sound designer at EA Games and have worked for numerous audio post production agencies in and around London. I hold a 2:1 Bachelors Degree in Music Technology received at the University of West London. I have also worked with many professional pop and dance artists.

Tutoring Experience:

Since leaving university I have worked at EA Games as a game audio sound designer where I worked on many commercial game titles such as:
Harry Potter
Burnout / Need For Speed

I also signed 2 major record deals last year with Sony Music and Universal as a dance producer and remixer and have enjoyed multiple releases on iTunes, radio, Spotify and MTV. I have worked with any commercial artists such as Cheryl Cole, Sigala, The Vamps, Matoma, Tulisa, and many more.

I signed a music publishing deal with Universal Music in 2017 and have written songs for artists in various territories.

I have attended songwriting camps in Sweden and have collaborated with some amazing artists and producers.

Tutoring Approach:

My approach to tutoring would be to deliver a core skill set which falls inline with either industry or which moves alongside the pupils exams. Its important to deliver a mix between robust working skills but still adhere to the theory and academic side of the subject. My technique involves teaching real world examples of problems and allowing the pupil to fully understand the solution and why we came to it. This may involve playing a piece of music and understanding why the composer/producer made certain decisions to arrive at the end result.
