I specialise in teaching students with active minds who need to be engaged in different learning activities throughout the whole lesson.I enjoy all of students for their unique talents. I currently teach over 30 students a week in schools and I have a lot of experience giving students the best possible experience in their music education.
The **Removed By Admin** Method is a modern approach that uterlises the range of active learning methods and educational apps available on ipad. My lessons include traditional teaching methods of technique, tonality and coordination combined with learning activities that are designed to support the learning of sight reading, music theory and aural. All students will be taken through the initial beginner level and then be entered into Grade exams from Intial - Grade 8 with the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) or Trinity College London.
I currently work as a Peripathetic Piano Teacher for Bromley Youth Music Trust. I teach in 5 different school within the Bromley Borough. I also teach privately up to Grade 8. I prepare students for ARBSM and Trinity Grade Practical and Theory Exams.
I also have an online course for keyboard, where students to learn to play chords and play by ear. **Removed By Admin**
I have work with a range of different students, I believe students have strengths and weaknessess in Piano, and I aim to improve the weaker areas and build on the stronger areas.
For example a student may have weak sight-reading skills, but excellent listening skills. So we would strengthen their listening skills and work on improving sight-reading skills in every lesson. I would use a combinations of activties that would improve the students visual learning
Music Theory alongside practical
