Personal Description:

CURRENTLY OFFERING ONLINE LESSONS ONLY DUE TO COVID-19

Professional international opera singer (soprano) and experienced singing teacher, relatively new to the Ruislip area, having previously lived and taught in Watford, Pinner and Enfield. Teaching from home studio since 2013. Seeking a handful of new students to replace those that are currently finishing GCSE’s/A levels and moving on to higher education, all taught to Grade 8 Distinction level.

Splits time between international performing career and private teaching, though currently on reduced hours for maternity leave. Principal contracts with the Royal Opera House. English National Opera, Teatro Real Madrid and Aix en Provence festival amongst other companies.

Happy to teach children or adults regardless of ability and needs, whether as a serious career pursuit, for focused exam work or as a hobby. Music room facilities in my home, including piano and vast collection of sheet music. Aiming to return to live teaching as soon as it is safer to do so.

Friendly, understanding, patient and encouraging. Experience in groups and one-one and happy to offer career advice as part of my teaching and /or work towards exams.
