Maryliese B.A. Voice, M.A. Music History and Voice, Mu Phi, NATS, ISM is the director of The Hap’ning Place and teaches private voice. She sings professionally in Europe and America and has been teaching voice for several years in London, Vienna and the USA.
Andria Antoniou BMus University of London, MMus Jazz Performance Guildhall School of Music and Drama has taught voice and piano for several years. Andria is fluent in Swedish, Greek and of course English. Andria studied classical singing but specializes in contemporary vocals with an emphasis on Latin jazz. She is also an accomplished Latin dancer and performs as a singer and dancer throughout Europe.
Janet Fischer PgDip Distinction in Performance and Professional Studies RNCM, MMus with Distinction in Performance, RNCM from the University of Manchester,BMus (Hons)/Grad RNCM from the University of Manchester. Janet teaches violin (or fiddle as she says), piano and voice. Her extensive performance experience has taken her to innumerable countries and cities. Simon Drey, BA, has taught classical and contemporary guitar for many years both privately and in schools throughout London. Simon performs most weeks with his bands and also enjoys teaching. He has had great success with his students in graded examinations and many of his students have gone on to play professionally.
Jacob Elliott is an experienced guitarist and tutor based in North London. He holds a classical music degree in guitar from Goldsmiths College London, and is comfortable in a wide variety of styles, be it Jazz, Rock, Classical, Blues or Folk. Jacob performs with his own band as well as working as a session musician.
Patrick Leresche graduated from the University of Arts in Bern, Switzerland and has graduated with a Master of Piano in Pedagogy. Now living in London received a Masters of Performance in Piano Accompaniment from Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Jennifer Lee, B. Mus (Hons first class) Victoria University, NZ, M.M. and M.M. Piano Performance with Distinction, Guildhall School of Music and Drama and Ph.D in Musical Arts, Piano Performance. Jennifer has been teaching for many years and has performed in America, Europe and New Zealand. Recent London performances include Wigmore Hall and St Martins in the Field.
Giorgia Macellari, received her MA in violin performance from the famous Santa Cecilia Conservatory in Rome. She has extensive teaching experience and plays with the London Arts Orchestra and is a founding member of the Plumeria String Quartet.
Yundu Wang, BMus, MM New England Conservatory, currently working on her PhD in piano performance at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama with Martin Roscoe, Ronan O’Hora, and Charles Owen. Yundu has many years of teaching experience and enjoys working with students of all levels.

The half hour or one hour lessons are tailored to your requirements, and we use modern techniques to help you achieve your goals.
Whether you aspire to be Duke Ellington, Maria Callas or Jimi Hendrix , we like to keep the lessons enjoyable and fun and you can progress quickly with moderate practice.
Playing may be for your own pleasure or you can choose to participate in our studio recitals. These offer performance opportunities for those who are interested.
You can also prepare for auditions, competitions and graded examinations.
