Personal Description:
I’m a classical singer of more than 30 years experience and have been teaching alongside my performing career for the same length. I have a master’s degree in music performance, and have sung at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, English National Opera, Welsh National Opera, and internationally.
Tutoring Experience:
I have been teaching one-to-one voice lessons since I was a student, and have taught both 1-to-1 lessons and classroom lectures at Canterbury Christ Church University, Canterbury College, CATS, and at specialist music centres in the UK and abroad.
Tutoring Approach:
I tailor each lesson to the student and their personal goals. I apply healthy vocal techniques to any genre of music, from classical to pop and anything in between.
