Personal Description:

Judy had started playing the flute at the age of eight. After graduated from the Royal Academy of Music, where she awarded her BMus degree in 2010, Judy had returned her postgraduate studies to Royal Academy of Music under the tuition of Clare Southworth.
During her studies, Judy had the opportunity to participate in masterclasses with Emily Beynon, William Bennett, Pat Morris, Karen Jones, and Keith Bragg in the United Kingdom, she had also involved in the Academy Symphony Orchestra conducted by Yan Pascal Tortelier, and a performance of Boulez’s music in Queen Elizabeth Hall with Academy Manson Ensemble, conducted by Susanna Mälkki, the performance was also broadcast on BBC Radio 3’s Hear & Now alongside Pierre-Laurent Aimard performing Boulez's Notations.
Judy is recently involved in the City of London Festival Live Music Sculpture: London Bridge event, performing new music written by Samuel Bordoli.

Tutoring Experience:

I had been started teaching since 2004. I teach one-to-one lessons, also **Contact Detail Removed**. Currently, I have 17 piano students and 2 flute students, from age 4 to adult. I also work on grades with students. I’m very passionate in teaching, and spend a lot of time with children.
I teach at home and in central London.
I am a licensed flute teacher.

Tutoring Approach:

I work carefully with students, be encouraging, and take care of every details when I teach. I take basic skills seriously. I like to create a good relation with students, and be supportive.
