Personal Description:

I’m a confident and creative actor-singer, who specialises in voice, coaching performance, song and acting. I work in several foreign languages (German, French and Spanish) and can offer accent coaching to international students. I hold a BA in musical theatre from the Conservatoire of Vienna and an MA in Musical Theatre and Performance from the Royal Academy of Music, London.
During my MA programme I completed a teacher-training course: the LRAM licence to teach from the Royal Academy of Music.

I've taught all levels, from beginner to professional and can help you prepare for auditions, build up a thorough technique, or just guide you to find joy in singing and performance. Alongside 2 degrees, I hold a licence to teach Singing (specialisation: Musical Theatre) from the Royal Academy of Music. I have extensive experience working with young people leading drama, singing and educational workshops.

I believe it's important for singing teachers to be trained in many different styles, keeping up-to-date with new singing techniques as well as appreciating the many fabulous “older” ones.
I believe it’s vital to help students find their own unique vocal take on a song. With this in mind, I focus on exploring the techniques we can strengthen so that optimal freedom in interpretation can be achieved. The voice is an infinite source of surprises and alongside teaching traditional styles I strive to understand and incorporate each student’s own voice and ideas. My work as a professional actor allows me to bring elements of confidence-building and presentation skills to all my lessons.
