Information About Jon - Birmingham teacher - (1 review)
This is how 2 referees rated Jon:
Having recently graduated with a degree in trombone performance, I have lots of performance experience playing with orchestras, brass bands, wind bands, brass quintets, trombone quartets, contemporary music ensembles and more. I believe that music provides opportunities to learn a wide range of skills.
Whilst at the Conservatoire, I was awarded places on training schemes with the CBSO and the Birmingham Royal Ballet Sinfonia. I also won the Bernard Brown Brass Ensemble Prize two consecutive years, with two different groups.
I travel to you in the Birmingham area (based in Edgbaston) and have flexible times available Mon - Sat, but contact me to discuss availability.
Currently a Brass teacher for Birmingham Music Service, working in a number of schools and teaching varying standards and ages.
I believe that learning music should be a fun and engaging process. I aim to come up with memorable ways to help you learn.
I can teach all ages (suggested minimum age 8), standards and styles.
