Information About Joanna - Lanark teacher
This is how 2 referees rated Joanna:
As a professional cellist I was a member of the Royal Scottish National Orchestra and the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra as well as performing with many chamber ensembles. I am an experienced cello teacher and qualified as a music therapist in 2005. I am currently the only practitioner in the 'Helen Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music' in Scotland.
I offer a flexible and person-centred approach to learning and hold full Disclosure Scotland PVG registration.
I have 30 years experience in schools, colleges, universities and private teaching with beginners of any age to diploma level students.
My approach to music tuition is guided by the needs and wishes of each individual and the time they are able to give to learning the cello.
