Information About Isaac - Northampton teacher

Personal Description:

I’m Isaac, I'm and currently in my fourth and final year at the Royal Welsh College of Music, and will begin my Master’s at the Royal College of Music, London in September. I can offer Clarinet AND Bass Clarinet tutoring from beginner to advanced, and Saxophone at a beginner level. I can also teach music theory to an advanced standard, and have grade 8 guitar too!

Tutoring Experience:

I have had teaching experience from the pedagogy module I took last year, for which I received a 1st in, and am looking to build up my student register. Because I’ve been doing grade exams for quite literally over half my life(!) I’m a perfect candidate to approach the process in a much more relatable way. I feel my rates also reflect my age, as I’m still very much a student myself !!!

Tutoring Approach:

I believe that the key to successful lessons is for my pupils to enjoy themselves and to feel the motivation and support of their parents (or housemates!). I feel interactivity and not just playing are the best ways to learn.

I also believe it should be accessible to everyone, so I will try to keep costs down as much as possible, as the musical world is sometimes a bit dear!
