Personal Description:
Flute, piccolo, recorder and music theory tutor. I cater for all standards of playing from beginner to advanced and have over 10 years of teaching experience.
Tutoring Experience:
Most of my teaching experience is for individuals, however I have taught recorder classes for example and conducted in workshops for small ensembles. I love holding small concerts for my pupils which really helps to boost their confidence and enjoyment.
Tutoring Approach:
I am very passionate about providing my students with the very best tuition. Being a professional freelance flautist and having learnt from some of the very best, I enjoy passing on my knowledge and skills onto my pupils. I am warm, friendly, good at motivating, fun and inspiring. I cater for both the ABRSM and Trinity syllabuses. Music theory and aural is always naturally incorporated into my lessons.
