Information About Hannah - Chichester teacher

Personal Description:

I am an 18 year old student who is currently studying Singing Performance at University. I have been singing since I was 3 and have been in numerous musical productions including West End productions! I can do Musical Theatre and Pop training but I can also dabble in jazz and classical if you want more or a range!

Tutoring Experience:

I don't have much teaching experience. I have taught primary school children singing and rhythm when doing work experience but not grades or technique, but to help give children a musical ear from a young age.

Tutoring Approach:

I would like to show students that it is up to them to improve their voice and technique. You must love to sing in order to improve, so if I push my students too hard and force them to sing songs they don't want to and perform when they don't wish to, I will not feels though I have helped a young singer achieve their potential as it turns into a chore, not a passion. I will of course set targets; I will push students past their comfort zone if they are willing but if not I will match the level and genre they wish to learn and strive to make sure they are the best they can be. I will also be there as a friend! I am a lovely person I promise! I won't shout or punish a student for not completing a task or doing something wrong, I know you are humans and we all make mistakes!
