Information About Hannah - Bootle teacher - (1 review)
This is how 2 referees rated Hannah:
I am a classically trained soprano with a lot of performance experience. I grew up in Liverpool, where I trained extensively with the Liverpool Philharmonic Youth Choir and took part in regular performances with world renowned orchestras and conductors. I have just completed my BMus honours degree in Vocal Performance at the University of Chichester and I am excited at the prospect of sharing what I have learnt with students. During my time at university I performed in operas and recitals all around the UK and toured Europe.
In the past I have worked for a project called In Harmony, where I went into schools over summer and put together a performance.
There are so many singing tutors out there, so why choose me?
I do think it is important to build a good foundation with technique in the early stages of learning, but I like to do this in a way that doesn't seem too boring. I like my pupils to choose songs that they would enjoy to learn, that way it doesn't feel like a chore. I normally structure my lessons working on a song of the pupil's choice, and one I have chosen myself to get a balance of fun and technique.
My main style of teaching is classical, but please don't hesitate to ask for any further information on other styles.
