Tutoring Experience:

I regularly coach young players of all ages, beginner and advanced. As well as private teaching, I have also taught as Chamber tutor for the National Youth Concert Band of Great Britain, brass tutor for the Somerset County Youth Orchestra and given masterclasses to students of East Lothian Music Service.
I teach from my house. I also teach virtually over Zoom, Skype and Microsoft Teams at a lower rate.

Tutoring Approach:

If you'd like to start learning to play a new instrument, or you're further up the ladder and looking to take an exam, I'll do whatever I can to help you achieve your aspirations. I tailor lessons for your individual needs, we'll work at whatever rate suits you, and most importantly you'll have fun!
