Information About David - Glastonbury teacher
My name is David, I've been playing the ukulele for just over 9 years now and I still love it. I've been lucky enough to play with a couple of the members of the 'ukulele orchestra of GB' a few years back. I've always had music in my life as I've played the violin since I was 4 (I'm now 25) and I also play some guitar, mandolin, a little piano and most strangely the didgeridoo (and of course the ukulele).
Taught ukulele for approximately 5 years now. Taught friends and family for a few months but since the start of 2012 I've been teaching adults.
I'm very relaxed and patient when teaching the ukulele and want just as much of a laugh as the student. I tailor fit the lesson to the students level of skill and confidence.I teach a style of music that the student wants to learn as if you're learning music you don't enjoy then it won't be much fun. I believe that anyone can learn the ukulele no matter age or if you've never picked up a musical instrument in your life. It's easy to grasp and fun to learn and can be playing a simple tune after your first lesson. I only teach adults or groups of adults and will be willing to travel if in the radius of the miles shown, not sure on anything please send me a message.
