This is how 2 referees rated Chris:
I'm a working musician and guitar teacher, originally from Oban recently returned to Scotland via a long career in sound engineering in England. I've played guitar or bass in bands since I was 13 years old and love playing live ! I'm friendly, easy to get along with and VERY patient.
I started teaching informally in Bradford in 1998 and continued building up clients until 2006 when I opened my own guitar lesson business **Removed By Admin**in retail premises in Keighley, West Yorkshire. I've taught people aged from 12 to 70, including those with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and ADHD. Now that I'm returned to Scotland ,I'm looking to continue working with people in Glasgow and Paisley in that age group. Minimum age 12 years old.
The most important thing to start with is - Listen to the client ! I establish what the client hopes to achieve and using music THEY like, we work together towards that goal, whether it be playing their favourite country song. to playing a Metallica solo, to working towards exams and qualifications - having fun along the way. Everything is explained, nothing is assumed and I use printed and recorded materials to reinforce the lesson content.
LESSONS ARE IN PAISLEY - I DO NOT TRAVEL TO YOU
