Personal Description:
From Classical and pop covers to jazz and bossa nova, I love teaching all styles of piano! I have several years experience of teaching and playing piano at a variety of events. I teach across all ability levels and I'm adaptable to whatever you would like to learn/study. I'm currently a music therapy student based in Newcastle and regularly play at weddings and events across the North East.
Tutoring Experience:
I have several years worth of experience teaching piano. I am very flexible with my methods of teaching. I have helped pupils to achieve various ABRSM grades and pass exams while I have helped others to learn their favourite songs and learn in a more casual way. I am able to help you whatever your goals may be!
Tutoring Approach:
When I was learning to play I found it hard to find any lessons or support for playing any kind of music outside of Classical piano. Therefore, my main aims when teaching all styles are to provide my students with a broad range of musical knowledge which will help to enhance their piano playing, whatever style they play in, as well as being completely flexible to their goals.
