Personal Description:

I am a contemporary pianist and composer currently offering ONLINE and IN PERSON lessons from my fully-equipped home studio in South London. My specialist training has been as a pianist and composer of classical and contemporary music, studying at City, University of London, and Guildhall School of Music & Drama, where I am currently a Junior Fellow. I have performed at the Barbican, Wigmore Hall, LSO St Lukes, Lyric Hammersmith, Bridgewater Hall, and many other world-class venues. I have been featured numerous times on BBC Radio 3, both as a soloist and accompanist. I have also worked extensively as a performer and arranger in jazz, pop, and musical theatre styles, including work for ‘The Choir’ TV show and Manchester School of Theatre.

Tutoring Experience:

I have taught piano, composition, and music theory at every level, from total beginners, to university and conservatoire students. I teach privately from my home studio, at Guildhall School of Music & Drama (where I am currently a Junior Fellow), and at the London Piano Institute. I also run composition workshops at at City, University of London, and Durham University.
