Personal Description:
My name is Annabelle and I studied music at Birmingham Conservatoire. I
I have made my home in West Yorkshire where I moved to 20 years ago to complete a teacher training course. I ended up staying because of the lovely countryside.
I love music and music making and play in a Salsa band and play the accordion in a cafe orchestra.
Tutoring Experience:
I have been teaching Piano for over 30 years. I have taught piano to children and adults from complete beginners through to grade 8. My pupils have had great success in exams over the years.
I am a trained secondary music teacher and taught in schools for 15 years. Currently I teach in a special school for Autistic children during the day and teach piano in the early evenings.
Tutoring Approach:
I will tailor lessons to suit the individual and try to make my lessons relaxed and fun.
My pupils work towards ABRSM exams if they choose to or follow a more relaxed course.
