This is how 2 referees rated Alice:
London-born and raised in France, I am a mezzo soprano graduated from the Royal College of Music last year and have studied with Janis Kelly with the support of the Drapers de Turckheim Scholarship as well as the Countess of Munster Musical Trust.
Performances include the role of Olga (Eugene Onegin) in RCM Opera scenes, La Marchande de Journaux in Poulenc’s 'Les Mamelles de Tirésias' at the Rye Arts Festival and cover roles in RCM productions such as Mrs. Kneebone in Berkeley’s 'a Dinner Engagement' and Hippolyta in 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' by Britten. Recent performances include 'the Festival of the Unexpected' on BBC Radio 4 and the 'Orchestre Symphonique de Canet' Opera Gala.
I have experience of over 7 years with pupils of all ages and abilities, wether it's just for fun or for official ABRSM exams.
I am absolutely dedicated to the love of music and its teachings. My main focus is the enjoyment of singing in the first place!
I have a wide range of repertoire and techniques at hand to suit most people and keep the joy of music going.
I am inspired by the Italian and French school of teachings and incorporate those into my lessons.
