Information About Adam - Altrincham teacher
This is how 3 referees rated Adam:
Hello! I work full time as a concert pianist and teacher. I completed my undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Piano Performance at the Royal College of Music in London. I also hold a Fellowship of the Royal Schools of Music with distinction in Piano Performance.
As a performer I have appeared across the UK and abroad and consider this experience invaluable to my work as a teacher. Since graduating I have taught piano and theory privately as well as teaching at two of the UK's specialist music schools.
I can teach from my home in Bowdon, or travel to you depending on location and time.
I teach a large number of students across all ages who have many different goals and ambitions. I am happy to prepare students for exams, entrance auditions, or just for the fun of learning an instrument! My students have a 100% exam pass rate of Merits and Distinctions and some have been successful in competitions/festivals.
I have also worked at two specialist music schools, Wells Cathedral School and Chetham's School of Music (where I still work on a cover basis).
Music education is for everyone! I strive to maximise my students' potential and help them become self sufficient musicians. The piano is a challenging instrument, but also very rewarding and enriching. I aim to help my students enjoy the process of learning and ultimately love playing the piano.
