Personal Description:

I have over ten years industry and academic experience in music. In 2012 I completed a Commercial Music BAHons degree at Bath Spa University. I have now been teaching guitar for one year.

Tutoring Experience:

My personal teaching experience is currently at an ad-hoc level and times may vary week on week, this is reflected by being very competitively priced for the Exeter area to reflect this.

Tutoring Approach:

I can offer tuition to a broad range of guitar players. I can offer tailored lessons at almost any level, and guide pupils through the RGT electric guitar grade exams if desired.

We can help to improve any techniques you'd like to work on. People often wish to learn songs, techniques such as improvisation, chords, scales, picking, finger-style, solos, rhythmic styles etc.

I have knowledge I am happy to pass on about the music industry and how to break through. I can help an aspiring singer-songwriter to improve the quality of their output and give them ways to find inspiration.

My specialist areas are rhythm and chords at all levels, electric guitar improvisation, acoustic blues, country and finger-style, bass guitar, also singing technique, music theory, classical guitar and even some banjo!

I can travel direct to pupils. I have transport to get in and around the Exeter / Devon region (within 10miles).
Lessons are priced at 30 mins at £20 or 45mins at £30 plus transportation costs.
