Personal Description:
I am friendly, well qualified music graduate with over 10 years teaching experience. I have an HND in Music Performance from Liverpool Community College and BA(Hons) Music from The University of Liverpool and studied singing with Colin Iveson and Anne Taft, I also studied Flute with Chloe Mullett. I gained a PGCE in secondary music from Liverpool Hope University in 2007.
Tutoring Experience:
I have been teaching singing and woodwind since 2002. I have also run my own music workshops business teaching music projects in schools. I am a qualified classroom teacher and this involved teaching performance for shows and concerts with choirs and orchestras as well as one-to-one.
Tutoring Approach:
I offer lessons which are just for fun or if you want to work towards an exam that's fine too. We also hold regular concerts, which you will be invited to perform at (if you want to). I also offer help with performance or written work for GCSE, AS/A2 or BTEC. Please contact me for more information.
