Information About Rachael - Stourbridge teacher

Personal Description:

I have recently moved back to the Midlands from London and I am a qualified primary school teacher. I have 5 years of teaching experience in early years and music across key stage one and two. I have a degree in popular music (vocals) and I am an experienced performer/songwriter.

I am currently working on original music and have had support from BBC introducing in the West Midlands. I am looking to teach private tuition in singing, piano, ukulele, guitar and also songwriting!

Tutoring Experience:

5 years experience as a primary school teacher (reception/music teacher)
1 year teaching private ukulele

Tutoring Approach:

With a popular music degree my teaching is aimed at those who would like to learn contemporary music under the Rock School syllabus as well as casual lessons if required.

If you are also interested in songwriting I can offer lessons in this! I taught songwriting at my primary school and have lots of experience working with many different artists and producers in the industry. I find that students really enjoy songwriting as a way of expression and it helps to develop their confidence. This can be accompanied by an instrument to help support the musical aspects.
