Personal Description:

[Organist & Choir Director at All Saints' Church, Orpington. A graduate of the Royal College of Music and is an Associate of the Royal College of Organist.]

I currently hold the post of Director of Music at All Saints' Church, Orpington. I have obtained both my Bachelor's and Master's degree from the Royal College of Music and have recently become an Associate of the Royal College of Organist.

Between 2017-2019, I held the post of Assistant Director of Music at Saint Fin Barre's Cathedral in Ireland, where I accompanied the Cathedral Choir and trained six school choirs.

Prior to the appointment in Ireland, I worked as the Organist and Music Assistant at Emanuel School, Battersea Rise between 2016-2017.

To date, I have had 8 years of teaching experience. I have taught for Camden Music service and in schools.

I am happy to travel to the tutees' location. As for organ students, lessons will be held at All Saints' Church, Orpington where has a fine two manual pipe organ.

Tutoring Experience:

Throughout my career, I have taught in primary schools, secondary schools and in Anglican cathedrals. All of my students obtained highly recommended, merit and distinction in their graded examination.

Tutoring Approach:

I encourage students to explore the style of music they are interested in. Once they have grown more interest in the instrument, I encourage them to take graded examinations. I offer aural skills, theory and sight-reading support as well as top-quality practical skills teaching.

My teaching approach is very interactive, students are encouraged to raise questions and to initiate musical ideas.
