Personal Description:
I am a lead, commercial, jazz and classical trumpet player in London. I have performed on many national and international tours with shows and bands, as well as working in musical theatre orchestras in London and around the UK. I have performed at a number of prestigious venues including the Royal Albert Hall, Royal Festival Hall, Royal Opera House, Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club, Spice of Life and at the North Sea Jazz Festival. I can also be heard on BBC and ITV dramas and documentaries.
Tutoring Experience:
I have over 10 years' experience in teaching both classical and jazz trumpet, including at St Paul's School and as a guest tutor at Aldeburgh Young Musicians, as well as teaching for council music services.
Tutoring Approach:
Through my studies in both the UK and US, I like to combine separate methods, concepts and approaches into a distinct and personal teaching style. I offer a tailored, relaxed and personable approach to my teaching.
