Personal Description:

I am a classical guitarist with a Masters degree from the Royal Academy of Music (2024) and a Bachelor of Music (Hons) degree from the Royal College of Music (2020). I attained the LRAM teaching qualification in 2023.

I have loved teaching since the first lesson I taught in 2014. I am deeply passionate about helping students fulfil their potential and believe that everyone should have the opportunity to learn an instrument and explore music in a way that they find enjoyable and rewarding.

I regularly give classes, presentations, and workshops in schools and at festivals in the UK and abroad. As a teacher, I am empathic, patient, and positive. I have experience of entering students for ABRSM, Trinity and Rockschool exams with a 100% pass rate. I have extensive experience in teaching students of all abilities, ranging from complete beginners to post-grade 8 advanced players.

I regularly perform as a soloist and chamber musician in the UK and abroad. Past highlights includes concerts at Uppsala International Guitar Festival (Sweden), the Swedish Guitar and Lute Festival, and concerts in venues such as Komitas Chamber Music Hall (Armenia), and Amaryllis Fleming Concert Hall (UK). I also enjoy performing new music and I regularly collaborate with composers and perform new works.

I have over 10 years experience of teaching students of all ages and abilities.
I have taught in primary and secondary schools in London for the past 7 years.
