Information About Emma - Woking teacher

Personal Description:

I am a 25 year old singer/songwriter based in Surrey. I studied at the University of Southampton and achieved a BA Music Degree, I specialised in pop singing and was awarded a performance scholarship for Clarinet. I sing regularly at events and music venues as a soloist and as part of a function band. I regularly write original music.

Tutoring Experience:

I have taught pop singing lessons particularly to those with no previous experience or knowledge of the voice. The confidence of my students improved and they were set with a range of exercises for every day use.

Tutoring Approach:

I ensure that I analyse the student's skillset and then tailor my teaching method accordingly to ensure that each student gets the most out of their lesson and sees the best results. All exercises are fun and we will discuss the importance of vocal health in order to explore vocal potential. Not only do I ensure that my students learn a new skill, but I help improve performance confidence to equip each student with the skills needed to grow as a musician.
