Information About Dario - Putney teacher

Personal Description:

I am a deeply passionate guitarist and bass guitar with over 2 years private music teaching experience as well as a large range of hospitality experience. I have being playing in some original bands, a musical theater show, recorded for an upcoming movie's soundtrack and played in some function band. I am passionate about helping others to learn new skills and maximise their potential. My many years of hospitality experience mean that I am comfortable dealing with people from all backgrounds, ages, cultures and walks of life. I easily build a good working relationship with others and they quickly see that I am reliable, hard working and trustworthy.
I have now settled in London and am looking to find a career that is rewarding and challenging. I learn quickly and am passionate about any new challenges I take on.

Tutoring Experience:

I have taught private music lessons on guitar and bass guitar, taught language lessons (Spanish and Italian) and have taught young people in a kickboxing gym for several years as a teenager. I have being teaching music and music theory for over two years now and looking to make a career out of teaching.

Tutoring Approach:

Lessons will be tailored for the student and personalised.
I like to get to know and understand my students and see what works best for them, see what their ambitions are and how to achieve the best possible results.
Ideally there will be a mix of practical activities and applied theory and learning of selected songs that would make possible to apply the newly learned theory concepts and techniques helping the students mastering them, with time left for student's subjects of interest.
