Personal Description:

***First Lesson 25% off*** I am a professional bassoonist who graduated from The Juilliard School of Music with a Bachelors in Bassoon Performance, and The Royal College of Music MPerf with a Distinction. My main instrument is Bassoon, however, I've been playing Saxophone, Flute, and Clarinet as well for over ten years and have been teaching these woodwinds for 8 years, and have students who have gone on to study music performance at colleges around The United States.

I offer individual lessons in Bassoon and Saxophone, and am happy to teach online!

I moved to London to study, and immediately fell in love with the city and it's love for the arts, and now live here on a Tier 1 Global Talent Visa.

Tutoring Experience:

I've been teaching for 8 years, and had a large studio of students in Portland, Oregon before moving to New York, and now, London.

I've also taught at various summer music programs, and have experience teaching all ages.

Tutoring Approach:

I find that a love and passion for the music one is studying, as well as a flexibility with each students needs are two of the most important things I focus on when planning lessons for each individual.

I balance etudes, solos, and excerpts (depending on the level of student), and expect them to practice the assigned works each week, however, I am very understanding of every student being different, and having different needs, and am happy to work with the individual on what their goals are for the lessons.
