Personal Description:
Ben is a professional drummer based in Sudbury, Suffolk. He recently graduated from the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama with a first class degree. Here he was taught by world class musicians such as Josh Blackmore, James Maddren, Huw Warren and Geoff Simkins. As well as leading his own groups, he has been a part of fantastic groups such as Thom Voyce's Quintet, Coren Sithers Folklore, Libardo Cardozo Quartet and many more. Currently he is the drummer for The Tri Tones and Too Much Stuff.
Tutoring Experience:
I have been a co-leader in delivering school workshops exploring eurhythmics. This was aimed at teaching ks1 children musical concepts by relating them to different physical movements like walking, crouching to standing, and clapping to demonstrate musical scales and rhythm. I am now focusing on private tuition which will be focused upon the students needs and wants.

My aim foremost is to make drumming an enjoyable experience for you. Lessons are tailored to your level and what you want to achieve whether that be grades, learning songs, technical exercises or even improvising.
