Personal Description:
I have been active in music since the age of 8, learning piano,classical singing, saxophone, drum kit, bass guitar and guitar and obtained qualifications in those instruments. I started composing at 13 using computers and software, and later went on to take GCSE and A-Level exams in Music, as well as obtained a degree in Music Technology from Brunel University in Uxbridge, England in 2005. I have six years’ experience as a Music Director and 3 years' experience as an orchestrator, composer and arranger for the Notting Hill Orchestra for Film Music and for several independent game companies.
Tutoring Experience:
I have 10 years of music teaching experience in the following instruments: Piano, Guitar and Bass Guitar, Drums, Vocal Training, Music Theory- Grades 1-8 and Composition.
Tutoring Approach:
I offer private music lessons for beginners as well as the more advanced students. I employ versatile musical approaches and styles to develop and nurture excellent musical skills, specific to your needs.
My students have the opportunity to learn how to read music scores in any musical style e.g. Classical, Jazz, Contemporary, Pop, Folk and more. I prepare for ABRSM, Trinity College, Rockschool, 11+ Music Aptitude Test, GCSE and A-Level Music and Music Technology exams. I also tailor lessons for your own enjoyment and relaxation.
