Information About Natascha - Chipping Norton teacher
This is how 2 referees rated Natascha:
I am Natascha, originally from Zurich, I came to Oxford in 2017 to read Medieval German. I love teaching German language and literature as well as History, from Ancient Rome to the Age of Enlightenment. In my research, I specialise in illustrated and illuminated manuscripts, therefore I am always happy to talk about books! I have been a private tutor since 2012, working at Heidelberg University and from 2018 at Oxford University. If you are looking for highly personalised, focused and entertaining tuition, you have come to the right place!
I am a highly qualified German tutor and have worked at Heidelberg University, Oxford University, as well as private schools such as the Oxford High School for Girls, Cherwell School, and Headington Girl's School. Besides this, I have taught in the Oxford area helping students achieve their personal goals: be it relocating to Germany or passing your GCSE with flying colours! I have also worked with Learnlight and Berlitz Oxford, teaching students from their first German lesson to debating current political affairs and cultural topics.
My teaching approach is structured, goal-oriented, and highly flexible to accommodate my students' individual needs. I aspire to make grammar as applicable and enjoyable as possible. My main goal is to help you become a confident speaker! I like to use a combination of materials from traditional textbooks to recent tweets. In order to become a good German speaker, I think it is essential to get exposed to German in many different forms.
