Personal Description:

I´m Maite, 23 years old and Spanish. I love meeting new people who are willing to learn the Spanish language! I provide a dynamic teaching through exercises such as speaking and listening. I then include a bit of writing, and reading + lots of grammar exercises ;). I´m living in London and I am doing MA in Art and Science at UAL after doing a BSc in Zoology at the University of Aberdeen. I come from the north of Spain, from a tiny region called The Basque Country and I can also speak the Basque language. Therefore, I am fluent in both Spanish and Basque. I have been learning English for 10 years now and I still am progressing! Willing to teach lessons any day of the week that works for you and me :)

Teaching Experience:

I have worked as an English teacher for a year in an academy in Spain called Kids&us School of English. I have also done tutoring for about 6 years now from kids to adults willing to pass a certain level, so I am qualified to teach those who just seek to learn for the sake of it as well as those who are encouraged to get a certain certificate.

Teaching Approach:

We will start by testing your level of spanish from speaking and listening (essential for the understanding of a language) to writing and reading (all acompanied by grammar). Nevertheless, throughout the years I have had students who work differently so we can always adapt the methodology to your needs!
