Personal Description:

My name is Laia . I am 25 years old and I am from Barcelona,(Spain). Now I am living in London (Wimbledon). I have been working for a year as a monitor, and sometimes as a teacher in a spanish school called Col•legi L’escola Jaume Viladoms.
I am passionate about teaching,
I have a university degree as a Primary teacher and I also have a speciality to work with children with disabilities and special needs


I have a pre first certifica**Contact Detail Removed**vel of English. I have been living in England for three months in two separate times. I have also studied English at school, and I hope to improve it during my stay in England. I also speak Catalan and Spanish as mother tongues.

Teaching Experience:

When I finished my degree I traveled to Peru as a volunteer, where I was working with children with special needs and in risk of social exclusion in a small village called Abancay. Mainly I worked with children (as a monitor, as a tutor, as a coordinator and as a teacher),and sometimes as a trainer of trainers. I have also worked as a waitress in Heathrow airport for three months. And I am used to deal with people in my jobs.

Teaching Approach:

I like to work attending to the needs of each student, because everyone is different, and every student has different goals I like to encourage my students to achieve their best.
