Information About Jayne - Solihull teacher - (4 reviews)
This is how 2 referees rated Jayne:
I have a degree in Hispanic Studies and French from the University of Liverpool, and have been teaching many years. I am a mother of two grown up children, and have taught at my own childrens' secondary school for 8 years. Over the years I have gained a real insight into what motivates learners, and the kind of activities that really work. I am passionate about creating tailor-made resources which will help each student achieve their potential, and I have a wealth of ideas and materials gleaned from my teaching career.
I have over 15 years teaching experience, the last 8 of which were at the highest achieving school in Solihull. I have taught Spanish to A level standard, and French to GCSE, as well as being involved with primary language teaching at Arden's feeder schools. I have also taught adults conversational classes at Arden. Over the last two years I have also been teaching privately.
As a parent as a well as a teacher, I think I understand how to motivate and enthuse children with my own love of languages. I have lots of practical experience in finding new and interesting ways to inspire students, young or old, and I am always ready to adapt to my learners' needs.
