Information About Ivan - Sheffield teacher

Personal Description:

I have knowledge and interests in history, philosophy, geography, Orthodox studies and social science. I have a Bachelor and a Master degree in Political Sciences. During my university studies, I have done several types of research in political and social fields.
I am a reliable, well-organized, active and positive person. I give privet lessons in the Bulgarian language to children and adults depending on the interests of the students. I can provide you with any material that we will need for teaching.
The Bulgarian language opens the doors to the rich Bulgarian literature and to the unique culture. I will not only teach you the language but also explain Bulgarian cultural peculiarities and get you familiar with lifestyle in my home country.

Teaching Experience:

I have graduated Level 2 Teaching Assistant course and I have two years of experience in primary school. One year in Porter Croft Primary Academy as a teaching assistant and a year in Norfolk Community Primary school as a reading volunteer. I give privet Bulgarian lessons to children in the UK who want to learn Bulgarian.

Teaching Approach:

When I taught children I used an interacting method of teaching which show positive results. When I discuss a topic I give little tips to the student to guess the right answers this helped the children to get motivated and get involved. This method also helped the students to memorise important historical facts.
